Learn with Video: Self-guided, step-by-step video tutorials embedded directly into the HMI enable new Robot Operators to learn on the job. Training videos include how to start, safely operate, troubleshoot, preventative maintenance, contact support, and so much more. It’s a growing library of “How-To” videos.

Ambi Alerts and Notifications: A centralized alert system that keeps operators and supervisors informed in real time. From system performance updates to maintenance reminders, Ambi Alerts and Notifications enable teams to catch issues early, improve accuracy, and maintain peak efficiency. Through AmbiAccess, powered by the AmbiOS cloud platform, alerts can be monitored remotely across sites to support faster decision-making, workforce coordination, and data-driven planning, all within a secure, SOC 2-compliant ecosystem.

Maintenance Mode: Maintenance teams can access instructional guides with videos for performing robot maintenance tasks. Built-in checklists guide teams through daily care routines such as wiping camera lenses or checking air filters. Countdown timers indicate when to replace consumables like suction cups, based on Ambi’s six plus years of commercial experience.

Automatic Label Printing: Now available on AmbiStack systems, the HMI is connected to a label printer that will automatically print labels when a pallet stack or container pack is complete. This reduces manual steps for operators and improves workflow continuity. Via the HMI, Robot Operators can select additional information to be included on complete pallet labels, like item count, weight, SKU numbers, and more.
